Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your claim and guide you through the return process.
After we have processed your claim, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you wish to exchange a damaged or incorrect item for the same item, please indicate this in your initial email to us. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.
